and e-mail facility at the UK Head Office. It provided central storage
for all company data making it auditable and manageable. Users at

Network faxing and desktop e-mail speeded up communication and allowed
people to respond when they were able to. The online calendar resolved
the diary sharing issue and the Financial Director had a control
on IT spend across the organisation.
Within weeks remote access was available at all sites allowing
the whole process of communication to be revolutionised between
branches with the additional benefit of management to remotely work.
All software licensing concerns had been resolved, a Tape backup
solution was deployed and Uptech support the whole company’s
computer requirements.

users to collect their e-mail wherever they are, speeding up the
communications process within the organisation. Building upon an
existing platform has reduced investment yet resulted in yet further
benefit.
