P&K moved premises and needed to keep there existing phone number this was not possible with BT. They also needed maximum flexibity on call handling to enable the small admin team to give as much service as possible.

Uptech Solution: A VOIP based phone system

Uptech deployed a featureplus VOIP phone system this allowed the existing phone number to be moved onto the VOIP platform thus making the number no location tied.  Also moving to a VOIP system also delivered feature such as voicemail and allowing phones to be deployed anywhere a broadband connection is avalable.
