What is VOIP  ?

VOIP is simply an acronym for Voice Over Internet Protocol, or in more common terms a phone service over the Internet. With the huge rise in broadband access this is fast becoming the choice for business and even homes when it comes to selecting a phone system that meets there needs.

VOIP is generally far more flexible than a standard phone system and is a more feature rich option. Given that solutions are all hosted (ie no box based at your site) virtually any configuration can be create even amongst mulit site locations

 SMARTLINE

This is a hosted solution ideal for medium to large office environments or if you need a full feature set that an expensive phone system would deliver.
