We have all been on calls where someone on that call looks and sounds terrible!
It can be the rubbish angle of the laptop webcam, built in and looking up your nose. The lighting is not right and they looks like they are giving an anonymous interview. The microphone is cheap or built in and it sounds like they are on a bad phone call.
Video Calls, are going nowhere, they help the planet with people not driving around as much, they save time as well. but if you team is making calls like this, they are not helping your business. its time to invest and get them some better kit.
